This hookup was with a couple – I was friends with both of them individually, but that they were dating each other was totally on the DL. She is hot – and a totally different look/body type than I am (I’m curvy, she’s thin and athletic. I have long hair, hers is very short. I’m a blonde, she’s brunette). He is an ex-marine. Nice looking, always well-groomed.

How/where did the hookup BEGIN? What led to it? Was planning involved? Who instigated it? The three of us went to dinner- nothing out of the ordinary. I didn’t know they had been seeing each other romantically, so it was a pretty innocent dinner.

I got to telling them about my date/sexcapade that had happened earlier in the week- that had been my first sex in almost a year after a terrible breakup. I thought they seemed a little overly interested in the fact that I had just gotten some, but they are very good friends- it wasn’t out of bounds for our conversations.

More acidic than I would have imagined, but not at all unpleasant.

These two were so crazy into each other that by the end, I was just enjoying watching them fuck. I got myself off just inches from them doing it in his bed.

What precautions did you take to prevent STIs and pregnancy? Did you discuss STI history? Both of we women are on birth control. He wore condoms. The other woman and I know each other well enough to know that we both keep up to date with our testing.

Were alcohol or drugs involved? If so, how much? We had a little wine with dinner. Smoked a tiny bit of pot, but as soon as the sex started happening I was dead sober.

I left them in bed and went home, although he said that he would sleep on the sofa if we girls wanted the bed. I wanted/needed to be alone. Laughed all the way home.

She is still a BFF-level girlfriend. They had a horrible falling out and he moved, so neither of us speak to him anymore.

To whom did you talk about the hookup? How did they react? I’ve discussed it with him since then, but not with her. Which is interesting – she’s a very close friend and we talk about all kinds of personal stuff…and our respective sex lives.  My current boyfriend knows (and is so jealous of the guy, heh). A few select close friends.

Do you regret this hookup? If so, why? Not for one single minute. Except maybe that I didn’t do more things with them when I had the opportunity- they were hot!

What was the BEST thing about this hookup? How about the WORST? Has this hookup changed the way you think about casual sex, sexuality, or yourself in general? The best thing was how much fun sex can be outside the context of a romantic relationship. Pure pleasure, some good laughs, and no guilt.

The worst part I guess is that she and I never talked about it. And that it only happened once.
