Tell us about your PARTNER(S). What did they look like? How well did you know them, had you hooked up before? How/Where did you meet them? How did you feel about them before the hookup? He was 22 at the time, blonde hair, blue eyes. He was my best friend’s really good friend. We had kissed a few times before and have chatted over texts a number of times. I met him on a night out when my best friend decided to introduce everyone to his childhood friends. I really liked him before and he seemed to like me too.

How/where did the hookup BEGIN? What led to it? Was planning involved? Who instigated it? We were speaking over Facebook and asked me if i wanted to go with him for a ride and then go have a few drinks on the beach. I agreed and decided to go.

What happened DURING the hookup? What sexual behaviors took place (e.g., oral, vaginal, anal, kinky stuff)? How did you feel during it? Did you have an orgasm? Did your partner(s)? How did they behave toward you? Were they a good lover? What did you talk about? How did it end? We spoke before we went to the beach and had a drink or 2. Then kissing was involved and it all happened immediately. It did not last long. I did not orgasm. I performed oral and he orgasmed after a bit of intercourse. There was not a lot of talk after that and he invited to take me back to my place a few minutes after that.

What precautions did you take to prevent STIs and pregnancy? Did you discuss STI history? No condoms, no discussion about anything.

What were your REASONS for having this hookup? I really liked him and had recently broke up with my boyfriend which made me  very lonely.

Were alcohol or drugs involved? If so, how much? Not really, we both had 2 small drinks.

What happened AFTER the hookup? How did you feel about it? What are your expectations/hopes for the future with this person? How do you feel about them now? He took me back to my place and we both agreed to keep it secret. We do not speak now. I was hoping he would want some sort of relationship and not leave me like that. I absolutely hate him and how he treated me.

To whom did you talk about the hookup? How did they react? I told my best friend (his friend), he said he already know as he had told him. He wasn’t shocked but disappointed in me.

Was this a consensual and/or wanted experience for you? For your partner? It was consensual yes for both of us.

Do you regret this hookup? If so, why? Yes I do. I can’t do sex for the purpose of sex. He made me feel loved until we had sex and then threw me away.

What was the BEST thing about this hookup? How about the WORST? Has this hookup changed the way you think about casual sex, sexuality, or yourself in general? I don’t think there were any best things as the sex was not good. He made me go through months of regret and made me feel worthless. Still to this day, I am very afraid of any guy that shows me a bit of attention as I think that they would do exactly the same thing as he did to me.
