Tell us about your PARTNER(S). What did they look like? How well did you know them, had you hooked up before? How/Where did you meet them? How did you feel about them before the hookup? He was tall and buff. He was huge in comparison to me. We met through his roommate.

How/where did the hookup BEGIN? What led to it? Was planning involved? Who instigated it? It was his roommate’s birthday. She invited me over. All of the roommates were encouraging us to hookup. They dared us to kiss and made jokes. We didn’t have any real conversation through the night. We were playing drinking games mostly.

What happened DURING the hookup? What sexual behaviors took place (e.g., oral, vaginal, anal, kinky stuff)? How did you feel during it? Did you have an orgasm? Did your partner(s)? How did they behave toward you? Were they a good lover? What did you talk about? How did it end? People went outside to smoke and we started talking in the kitchen. At this point I was so drunk. We hadn’t talked through the night at all. He pulled me in to kiss and grabbed my ass and sat me on the kitchen counter. Then he said, “my room is downstairs.” So we went downstairs. It was pretty standard sex. I didn’t go down on him because I think you can get STDs during oral sex. I choose to do it only when in a monogamous relationship. He was really rough. I came a lot which was amazing because I hadn’t had sex for six months prior to this experience. He lasted for a little over an hour and the bed was soaking wet. When we woke in the morning we had sex again for an hour.

What precautions did you take to prevent STIs and pregnancy? Did you discuss STI history? We used a condom both times. I was very adamant.

What were your REASONS for having this hookup? I hadn’t had any attention in a while. I hadn’t had sex for six months and when I had it was awful. I hadn’t been on any dates and I was lonely. It was fun.

What happened AFTER the hookup? How did you feel about it? What are your expectations/hopes for the future with this person? How do you feel about them now? After the hookup I found out he told his friends in detail about what we had done. Apparently he described it so much that they felt uncomfortable. Also he said he regretted it because he was seeing one of his roommate’s sisters. I was hoping we could have been fuck buddies but it didn’t work out. He is very distant from me now. I think it’s annoying because we see each other all of the time. I suppose he doesn’t want to be tempted to cheat.

To whom did you talk about the hookup? How did they react? I told his roommates and my friends at the party what happened because he had told them. They were proud of me because everyone knew I was in a dry spell.

Was this a consensual and/or wanted experience for you? For your partner? Very wanted for both of us.

Do you regret this hookup? If so, why? I regret having a one night stand with someone I didn’t know but I don’t regret the actual sex.

What was the BEST thing about this hookup? How about the WORST? Has this hookup changed the way you think about casual sex, sexuality, or yourself in general? It got me through. My sex life has been non-existent so this experience helped me release a lot of tension.
